The Sephora worker wasn’t helpful. I guess her English wasn’t enough good to understand me. I wanted to buy some perfume but she didn’t even go and check if they had it so I left with no perfume.

This was my first time coming to this sephora and I had a great experience. Special thanks to Alexandria (I believe that's her name) she helped me out soooo much during my visit. Showed me everything I was interested in and gave me some recommendations. I forgot the names of the other two beauty advisors but they were amazing as well. The one at the register was super nice helping me with my purchase and I believe it was the manager that looked in the back for something and actually found it for me! I appreciate the extra steps a lot because I know they don't have to. I will definitely be revisiting!

The employees are extreme rude! definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I typed in my phone number but the cashier did not apply my points, when I paid, I said “Thank you” and the cashier did not even budge! He looked away and left.
